Sticker orders under $35 are shipped via USPS letter mail in colorful envelopes. While tracking isn't available for this method, you'll receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. It takes 2 to 4 days for processing and an additional 4 to 14 days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after this timeframe, please reach out for assistance.

Tracking is included with all orders over $35 and for all items shipped from our print provider, including t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts, and tote bags. Orders under $35, usually sticker orders, are sent via USPS letter mail without tracking.

Sticker orders typically arrive within 10 business days. If it has been longer than this and you haven't received any tracking updates, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Our handcrafted items are shipped directly from our studio in Pennsylvania. For print-on-demand items such as mugs, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and tote bags, we partner with Printify, and these are shipped from their distribution centers here in the USA.

If you order both handcrafted items and print-on-demand products, they will be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. While we strive to synchronize deliveries, delays can occur, so we appreciate your patience.

If there are any errors with your order, such as the wrong size or address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make adjustments, but if the order has already been processed and shipped, we may be unable to amend it.

If your package is marked as delivered but is not in your possession, it's possible it was marked delivered at the local post office instead. Let’s wait 2 days to see if it arrives. Afterward, contact us, and we’ll help you reach out to your local post office to resolve the issue.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are planning to expand this service in the next year. Stay tuned!

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. If your item arrives misprinted or damaged, please contact us with photos as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
